To reduce your chances of eye strain, give your eyes a break. Every 20 minutes, look away from the screen for 20 seconds.

Smoking harms your eyes
Smoking can be damaging to your eyes. Smoking puts you at higher risk for certain eye conditions and can worsen conditions like macular degeneration or dry eye. Be sure to tell your eye doctor if you smoke.
