Information for All Visits

  • New patients, please try to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork. Download and fill out the forms in advance when possible.
  • Remember to bring your eyeglasses.
  • Contact lens patients, remember to wear and bring your lenses plus the packages or prescription ("lens specs"). Also bring your eyeglasses.
  • Patients who arrive 20 minutes late will be considered no-shows.
  • There is a $20 fee for all no show appointments.

Scheduling Appointments

Daytime and evening appointments are available by calling 610-933-3498. Each doctor works by appointment. We make every effort to see our patients in a timely fashion but unexpected eye emergencies and surgery may result in appointments running behind schedule. Please be assured that we attempt to provide the best possible care on an individual basis and that delays are sometimes unavoidable.

Appointment Timing

We pride ourselves on taking as much time as necessary to give you the high-quality care that you expect from us. We advise every patient to allow between one and two hours for their appointment. Here is what to expect:

  • Registration: 10 - 15 minutes
  • Visual Field Testing:* 20 - 30 minutes
  • Technician Evaluation: 15 - 20 minutes
  • Retinal Nerve Imaging:* 15 - 20 minutes
  • MD/OD valuation: 15 - 60 minutes
  • Checkout: 10 - 15 minutes
