Cancellations, Warranties and Refunds

Because eyeglasses are custom made to each patient's prescription, once an order is placed, it may not be cancelled.

If you have any problems or need any changes made to your glasses, we will change it for you with no charge for up to 30 days. We call this our “30 Day Everything/Anything Warranty.” Lenses that are scratch resistant have a 2-year warranty (the only one in the industry). Lenses are warranteed against scratching under normal use for 1-year from the original date of purchase. Anything beyond that and up to a 2-year period, including loss or theft, is 50% off.

After 30 days, charges for any subsequent glass changes and price adjustments or refunds are solely at the discretion of the Optical Shop and their management.

Policy on measurements for internet eyeglass orders

We are unable to take measurements for patients placing their own orders on the internet for glasses. As per FDA policy, it is the responsibility of the DISPENSING optician to take the measurements for the glasses. Since in these cases we are not dispensing the glasses, we are unable to provide these measurement for patients. This service is offered only to patients purchasing their glasses as Phoexniville Eye Care Optical Shop. This is the policy of Vision Associates and the doctors at Phoenixville Eye Care Specialists and is not subject to negotiation. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
