Cancellations, Warranties and Refunds

Because eyeglasses are custom made to each patient's prescription, once an order is placed, it may not be cancelled.

If you have any problems or need any changes made to your glasses, we will change it for you with no charge for up to 30 days. We call this our “30 Day Everything/Anything Warranty.” Lenses that are scratch resistant have a 2-year warranty (the only one in the industry). Lenses are warranteed against scratching under normal use for 1-year from the original date of purchase. Anything beyond that and up to a 2-year period, including loss or theft, is 50% off.

After 30 days, charges for any subsequent glass changes and price adjustments or refunds are solely at the discretion of the Optical Shop and their management.
